On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a bilingual Manager, Administrative Services to join their team of dedicated professionals in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and CFO, the Manager, Administrative Services will be responsible to direct the day-to-day operations of the local office to ensure the provision of appropriate, consistent, timely and high-quality service to the firm's clients and legal professionals. This role will manage legal assistant support and office service areas including performance evaluation, management and forecasting staffing requirements to maintain appropriate staff levels. This will include attendance tracking, payroll input, counselling, interviewing, orientation and training for legal assistants and administrative staff. This role will also act as a liaison between lawyers and legal assistants by monitoring workflow and progress. This role may also include supporting the Corporate Services, IT & Accounting/Finance Managers with administrative support. The Manager, Administrative Services directs and participates in employee relations issues such as motivation, performance issues and conflict resolution; creating a co-operative and productive work environment.

As the ideal candidate, you possess 5+ years of related office administration management experience, ideally within a legal or other professional services environment. Familiarity with basic accounting procedures will be preferred. You are a service minded individual with a high level of integrity, trust and professionalism. Resilience, a natural drive for results and creativity through innovative management will be essential to success in the role. With exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, you possess strong business acumen and are highly analytical by nature. A Bachelor's Degree or Community College Certificate with a Business Concentration would be considered an asset. Bilingualism, French and English, is required.
