Senior Analyst Revenue Management (known internally as Senior Analyst Enterprise Commercial Management)

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Commercial Management, the successful candidate will be directly responsible for the support of ARPU/Contribution Margin Strategies and the Budgeting/Planning/Forecasting process.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the budgeting and planning process for all of Enterprise Wireless segments
    • Help develop standardized templates for annual budgeting and planning process
    • Support in the consolidation of the segment plan at the enterprise level
    • Collaborate with segment leads to ensure all details are captured and completed in a timely manner
  • Support the Forecasting Process
    • Help in the consolidation of weekly forecast from segment leads
    • Provide analysis and insights on key forecast trends at the enterprise level
    • Support in the LE forecasting process
  • Manage IBRO Reporting
    • Consolidate weekly IBRO reporting
    • Provide analysis and insights reporting on trends
    • Weekly delivery of IBRO package and presentation
  • ARPU/Contribution Margin playbook KPI reporting and performance measurements
    • Development of KPI reporting for playbook tactics
    • Active management of all performance measurements reporting
    • Support analysis and PIR reviews of programs
  • Provide support for deep dives and special projects
    • Provide analysis on deep dives and special projects
    • Support in summarizing findings and insights
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required

What you bring:

  • An undergraduate business/commerce degree
  • A professional financial qualification is a strong asset
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling skills
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, multi-task, investigate issues, solve problems, promote efficiency/automation, make decisions, manage processes, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Forward thinking with a strong ability to see new trends and quickly translate these trends to the company's strategy
  • Results driven – both short term and long term
  • Excellent and proven analytical skills, exceptional problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, and perform well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to exercise a high degree of business judgment and sound reasoning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a demonstrated collaborator
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word
  • Strong proficiency of SQL, SAS, or Thinkcell an asset
  • Technical aptitude with regard to wireless products and devices
  • Varied industry experience in subscription model businesses (information services, merchant acquiring) is an asset
