We need this role to support our owners, our team and our business in the day-to-day operations as well as planning for the future.

Operations Management & Performance achieving business objectives through sound management and financial principles; setting goals for hospital performance; working with the owner to prepare financial statements and budgets; monitoring key performance indicators and setting fees.
Client Management & Relations promoting and contributing to a positive work environment that values our clients and team members while developing and facilitating new ideas that meet their needs.

§ Post-secondary education in business administration and/or human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience; veterinary and/or medical clinic management would be considered an asset

§ Business Operation skillsets that include goal setting, performance and financial analysis
§ Organizational skills that support prioritization and efficiency in a dynamic environment
§ Communication skills that foster positive and effective relationships with our team, clients and vendors
§ Strong computer aptitude and inventory management experience
