WSP is currently seeking for an EIT for our Infrastructure group. This position is based in our Red Deer office, reporting to the Manager, Infrastructure. This position will be responsible to work on municipal projects more specifically water/wastewater, urban municipal roads and land development.
  • Work with project manager(s) to develop preliminary and detailed design of water/wastewater, urban municipal roads and land development;
  • Engineering Services include design drafting, storm water design, water and sewer modeling, urban street design and drafting;
  • Construction services including site inspection and construction contract administration;
  • Proposal development; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • An undergraduate degree in civil engineering from an accredited university;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AUTOCAD and Civil 3D;
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting environment on municipal design projects will be asset;
  • Eligibility for registration in APEGA is required;
  • Client management and proposal/report writing is an asset; and
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and teamwork skills. ada Inc.
