Customer Service Rep


Talentcor is recruiting for experienced Customer Service Representatives in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Accountabilities:
  • Handling customer service calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Query resolution where customer satisfaction is always the priority
  • Achieving performance targets consistently
  • Maintain and update customer accounts in a shared database
  • Effectively communicate with internal customers to ensure client needs are not overlooked
  • Participation in training initiatives that will enhance or build on overall team or individual skillsets

Requirements:
  • Flexibility to support office hours of 8am-10pm AST in a weekly shift rotation
  • Experience in a contact centre or in a related customer service capacity
  • High Sense of urgency and solution oriented outlook
  • PC and systems knowledge
  • Strong Team Player with an upbeat attitude
  • Good Problem Solving skills and creativity
  • Solid planning and organizational skills
