Permanent Full Time Front Office Adminstrative Controller - Construction Sector
Salary: $37,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

Job Description:

· Assemble review and verify invoices

· Sort match invoices with purchase orders

· Enter invoices for payment

· Prepare and perform check runs

· Post transactions to journals and ledgers

· Reconcile accounts payable transactions

· Assist in monthly closing

· Preform payroll functions

· Perform general office clerical duties

Education

· Knowledge of general accounting procedures

· Knowledge of relevant software such as excel, micro soft word.

· Knowledge of accounting software, Maestro, would be a definite asset

Qualifications:

· 3 to 5 years min experience and matching educational background

· Organized

· Confident

· Detail oriented

· Good communication skills
