What You'll Be Doing
The Bilingual Senior Coordinator supports a team of Talent Acquisition Partners by assisting with the posting of job vacancies, creating offer letters, reserving of interviews, the coordination of pre-employment screening documentation and reviewing resumes. You will also partner with Corporate Security to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of the pre-employment screening process by following-up with appropriate parties on any outstanding information.
How You'll Succeed
  • Attention to Detail - Select appropriate employment letter clauses to meet unique business requirements; work with Legal, HR partners, D&R Governance to approve specialty clauses.
  • Confidentiality - Display professionalism, discretion and sound judgment in dealing with situations that are often extremely sensitive due to the nature of the confidential information handled within this role.
  • Contribute to Best Practices - Provide input and generate ideas to support the continuous enhancement and evolution of existing processes and compensation.

  • You can demonstrate experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. It's an asset if you have experience with other related systems, including PeopleSoft and Taleo.
