What You'll Be Doing
The Bilingual Senior Coordinator supports a team of Talent Acquisition Partners by assisting with the posting of job vacancies, creating offer letters, reserving of interviews, the coordination of pre-employment screening documentation and reviewing resumes. You will also partner with Corporate Security to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of the pre-employment screening process by following-up with appropriate parties on any outstanding information.

You can demonstrate experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. It's an asset if you have experience with other related systems, including PeopleSoft and Taleo.
