Credit Centre Operations is responsible for credit adjudication for all Retail, Credit Cards and Small Business products. With units across Canada (Markham, Edmonton and Montreal), we collaborate closely with business partners to deliver a legendary experience to the distribution teams and customers. Our mandate is to be the best Credit Team by delivering best in class service and advice, while operating within the business' credit risk appetite and regulatory framework. Operations & Underwriting
Job Description The incumbent will be required to provide support to mortgage underwriters and mortgage systems by helping to establish complete mortgage case-files and forwarding them to the appropriate branches. The incumbent will ensure that the bank's rules and practices with regard to mortgages are followed, and that the bank's funds are shielded from risk. The incumbent will work closely with the mortgage underwriters and specialists, as well as the administrative support units. Job Requirements

  • Ability to identify and investigate non-standard operational / reporting / process issues
  • Experience with moderate to High level of complexity in operational / reporting / process and/or analysis
  • Experience with moderate to High credit limit authorization required for credit adjudication
  • Ability to provide training to others on best practices, processes, etc. as well as guide mentor other team members for the completion of business
