Opportunity: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation (NSHRF), the Manager, REAL Knowledge Program is responsible for the management, budgeting, and evaluation of NSHRF's REAL Knowledge Program. This dynamic initiative is designed to address the knowledge needs of decision-makers within the Nova Scotia health system. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders from across the health system including government, health authorities, hospital administrators, and the academic research community to support informed decision-making in the province.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will hold a Master's degree in education, health sciences or related field, or administration, arts or social sciences. A Bachelor's degree will be considered with equivalent education and experience.

Desired Skills: This position requires an individual highly skilled in facilitation, building and managing relationships, and interpersonal communication.

Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in program development, management and evaluation. An understanding of the research process and its role in informed decision-making is fundamental. Specific experience with policy development and/or knowledge translation and/or health systems are essential. Knowledge of administration, and budgeting processes is also mandatory.

Compensation: This is a permanent position. Compensation for this position ranges from $73,493.53 to $85,199.14, plus a generous pension and benefits package.
