Department of Education and Early Childhood Development
The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development is seeking an individual to join the Educational Services Division as an Administrative working in the Fredericton Office.
As a member of the Analysis and Design Services Branch, the successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining effective and efficient operations in the branch and supporting information flow processes of the Division, record-keeping, data entry, tabulation and graphing, and maintaining data in an online information system, creating, editing and formatting documents, such as minutes of meetings, using Microsoft Office programs. In addition, the successful candidate will take meeting minutes, make arrangements and prepare materials for meetings and conferences, respond to phone inquiries, order supplies; mail out resources to schools -including packing, shipping, tracking, online program participant registration, and perform other duties as required.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma and one (1) year post-secondary diploma in office administration, and a minimum of three (3) years related administrative work experience or a high school diploma and a minimum of four (4) years related administrative work experience.
Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook and those who demonstrate experience working with confidential information. Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.

Salary: Annual $37,752-$44,564
