Our Team:
Bell Business Markets (BBM) is Canada's largest provider of information and communication technology (ICT) solutions. Our Atlantic Professional Services team is formed by professional consultants who support and install business systems to our customers. Your Role:
The Senior Systems / Functional Analyst is responsible for ensuring effective IT solutions are designed, developed, and implemented for our customers. In this position you would create effective and functional designs that will be implemented for client business systems, in certain cases you may take the role of a Business Analyst, identifying problems and then translating those problems into a technical solution.
In your day-to-day you could find yourself conducting requirement analysis, identifying necessary technologies, evaluating project costs, aiding with design and testing, and creating functional and technical designs; Testing (QA systems, acceptance testing), RFP's and proposals. You would regularly provide support and mentor to other analysts. Frequently you would research industry standards and evaluate integration points of designs.
Professional Qualifications We Value:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business Administration , a similar field, or an equivalent background with a minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft tools as well as industry standard tools used for system analysis functions.
  • Experience in the project lifecycle, including design, testing, implementation and support.

  • Experience in leading Systems Design and Testing activities.
  • Experience in Cloud, COTS and/or SAS systems integration.
