Overview
Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Director Store Support to join our Customer and Store Facing Systems IT Team.
Job Description
What you'll get to do in this fast-paced role:
  • Second -Level application support for all store systems., including CMA
  • Manage store hardware roadmaps & Third-party support arrangements
  • Manage IMAC activities for all stores
  • Manage internal and external support SLA's and reporting of same
  • Ensure monitoring of remedy tickets to manage support KPI's and areas for improvement
  • Document, analyze, track, and resolve problems as they relate to Store Systems application and Loyalty problems
  • Evaluate past problem history and develop historical trends in order to improve future performance
  • Handle application problems swiftly and accurately to minimize disruption
  • Support development projects as needed
  • Focus on harmonization, SLA maturity, Various Maintenance agreements, root cause, incident management
  • Drive employee engagement by providing leadership, coaching and development to your team
  • Manage support of Quebec Legacy Applications and Quebec Dealer Technical Relationship

Job Requirements
What your resume will include and demonstrate to us:
  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of related work experience, preferably in IT Management, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership position with increasing responsibility
  • Proven track record in successfully managing large scale retail projects
  • Experience with retail projects requiring integration into both store level and host level systems
