How the program works:
Being a part of the Graduate Leadership program means that you get the opportunity to experience different facets of our business by rotating through a variety of roles. Over the course of 18 months, the program will consist of several experiences that will develop your skills in the following areas:
  • Business Intelligence & Data Science
  • Project Management
  • Robotics
  • Frontline Operations & Leadership
  • Training & Development
  • Process Management
  • Communications
  • Change Management

Required Competencies
  • A Bachelor's degree completed before the program start date
  • Self-starter who works well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, leadership and a passion for learning new skills
  • Interest in driving change and taking on new challenges
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a requirement in Quebec, and an asset in Ontario and the Atlantic regions
