HOURS OF WORK :Day shifts - Monday to Friday
Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.
JOB SUMMARY :
The Audiologist provides quality audiology services to patients and their families and performs related administrative tasks. He/she evaluates peripheral auditory function. He/she might be required to adjust hearing aids or other types of technical aids based on the clients' auditory needs.
- Master's degree in Audiology from a recognized university;
- Registered and a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists;
- Good judgement and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physically able to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.
