Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Pallet Repair Technician, you will:Inspect pallets for damage and determine repair requirementsRemove damaged boards and components using hand and power toolsRepair and rebuild wooden pallets using pneumatic nail guns and repair equipmentReplace broken or missing lumber to meet quality standardsFollow production schedules and daily productivity goalsPerform quality inspections on repaired palletsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all workplace safety procedures and policiesSupport material recovery, pallet sorting, and general warehouse activities as required
RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience using power tools in a warehouse, manufacturing, construction, landscaping, assembly, or industrial environmentComfortable using hand tools and pneumatic toolsAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shiftAbility to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and quality standardsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a team
