Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain detailed activity tracking and pipeline management through CRM systems.
- Assist with market expansion initiatives across multiple regions.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and relationship development activities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic growth projects.
- Maintain consistent follow-up schedules and pipeline organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in partnership development, recruiting, business development, client acquisition, or consultative sales.
- Professional communication skills with confidence, speaking to business professionals.
- Experience working in structured environments with KPIs, CRM systems, and reporting expectations.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and comfortable with outbound outreach.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Able to build trust and carry on intelligent business conversations.
- College diploma or university degree preferred.

Base Salary: $47,000-$50,000 + Commission + Performance Bonuses + Career Advancement.
