Job Details:
Led national billing operations, including time-and-materials (T&M / T&B) billing for labour and materials.
Own the full lifecycle of elevator maintenance service contracts, including setup, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
Maintain strong data integrity and support reporting on contract base, billing performance, and portfolio metrics.
Act as a key functional owner for Salesforce Service Cloud / Billing and Billtrust, including data validation, issue resolution, testing, and user support.
Support system implementations, upgrades, and process changes; help drive adoption of new tools and workflows.
Manage and support a team of Cash Application and Billing Administrators, providing guidance, prioritization, and escalation support.
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across contract / billing operations while ensuring accuracy of terms and compliance across pricing, scope of work, escalation clauses
Partner cross-functionally with Service, Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and IT to resolve issues and improve end-to-end execution.
Provide functional guidance and day-to-day support to billing teams across Canada.
Role Qualifications
3+ years of experience in billing, or service operations, service contract administration ( Construction / Manufacturing Assembly or similar industry preferred).
Experience leading or supervising billing and/or cash application teams.
Strong understanding of time-and-materials billing & maintenance service contracts
Experience working with Salesforce (highly preferred) (Service Cloud and/or Billing).
Proficiency Excel along with strong analytical skills
Understanding new systems and supporting process or system upgrades and changes.
Effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (CPA designation preferred / asset).
