Site Cleaner

Were seeking dependable and hardworking Site Cleaners on behalf of our client in the construction industry. If youre punctual, follow instructions well, and ready to maintain a tidy and safe work environment, this is the role for you.

• Sweep, shovel, and clear debris into designated disposal bins

• Collect scrap materials such as lumber, wire, and plastics for recycling

• Wipe down surfaces, clean spills, and identify potential site hazards

• Assist crews by moving light materials and hand tools as needed

• Set up and maintain safety fences, signage, and floor protection

• Report any unsafe conditions or concerns to the site supervisor

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; prior experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Basic PPE required: steel-toe boots, hard hat, and high-visibility vest (well assist if you need gear)

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly site

• Starting at $20/hour, with higher pay available for those with previous site cleaning experience

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift

• Occasional overtime or weekend shifts may be required
