Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive employee to support our SCO department. This role involves organizing and linking key documentation to ensure accuracy, cost tracking and volume reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Download and organize commercial invoices and CBP Form 7501 customs entries.
  • Link documentation to costed Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Record and compare firm volume commitments from customers against actual shipped volumes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support tariff recovery efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and completeness.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program would be an asset, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
