- Provide guidance to the team members on what techniques to apply as well as existing coding structures in programming and program coding;
- Provide software solutions to address deficiencies by studying information needs, conferring with CAF stakeholders, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes;
- Configure application software by establishing performance parameters, and customizing details in order to achieve optimal technical performance;
- Monitor application load and software to achieve optimal technical performance; and
- Any other Technical Architect related tasks requested by the client to support operations.
- Have a post secondary education (College/CEGEP diploma or University degree)
- Minimum 10 years experience as a Technical Architect
- Minimum 3 years experience analyzing requirements and developing HRMS software applications
- Experience designing and implementing HRMS software applications
- Minimum 4 years experience in data modeling and data integration using SQL Navigator
Additional Information
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Level clearance
- Able to go onsite 5 days a week (Ottawa- Byward Market)
