Key Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Biochemistry, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- HACCP Certification from an accredited institution is required.
- SQF Practitioner Course completion from a recognized institution.
- Experience in a similar QA or HACCP Coordinator role within a regulated food or dairy manufacturing environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, SFCR, FDA FSMA, GMP, and preferably OHSA and dairy industry regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.
- Analytical thinking for risk assessment, problem-solving, and corrective action planning.
