About the Role:

Clutch is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join the Marketing team and be an integral part of turning Clutch into a household name.

In this position, you will report to the Senior Brand Manager and work cross functionally with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales.

What you'll do:

  • Champion the Brand: You'll help protect and grow our brand by making sure teams are following our brand guidelines and raising a flag when they aren't. You'll also support brand audits to keep everything on track.
  • Support Campaign Execution: You'll play a key role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life by being responsible for making sure final assets get where they need to go and timelines are met.
  • Build and Manage Vendor Partnerships: You'll take the lead on maintaining great relationships with our marketing vendors; always looking for new partners and negotiating to make sure we're getting the best value.
  • Keep Us Organized: You'll help keep our marketing files in order and make sure all our projects and assets are properly documented, easy to find, and up to date.
  • Own and Consolidate Budgets and Invoices: You'll manage marketing invoices to make sure our partners get paid on time, while also keeping track of our budgets and timelines to help projects run efficiently.
  • Coordinate Merchandise Orders: You'll work with teams across the company to create a simple process for ordering merchandise, managing everything from the initial request to final delivery.
  • Competitive Tracking: You will track our competitors as well as unique marketing campaigns that you'll share with the team for insight and inspiration.

You'll be great in this role if:

  • You've got 1-3 years of work experience at either a startup, agency or brand.
  • You have a bachelor degree (marketing preferred but not mandatory)
  • You are comfortable navigating fast-paced changing environments.
  • You are a self-starter and motivated to take ownership without being asked.
  • You are eager to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help the brand succeed.
  • You want to have a direct impact on building Canada's next unicorn

You won't enjoy this role if:

  • You prefer a highly structured work environment.
  • You are not comfortable with ambiguity.
  • You do not like in-person collaboration.
  • You are uncomfortable building systems from scratch.
  • You are uncomfortable with receiving and giving direct feedback.

Why you'll love it at Clutch:

  • Autonomy & ownership -- create your own path, and own your work
  • Competitive compensation
  • Generous time off program
  • Health & dental benefits
  • Hybrid work environment
