About the RoleWe are hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, while supporting our martech initiatives within the Demand Generation team—driving performance and enabling scalable growth. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Revenue Operations, this role combines the precision of campaign execution with the analytical mindset and system fluency of marketing operations.
You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Data, and Sales and directly support the Lead Growth Operations—to manage campaign infrastructure, execute lifecycle and acquisition campaigns, maintain a healthy marketing database, and enable clean, scalable audience targeting. Please note: This is a hybrid role, based out of our Toronto, Canada office (downtown in The Core). 2 days a week in the office is expected.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize multi-step campaigns across email, in-app push, paid and organic channels, and other digital touchpoints—including segmentation, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
- Configure, execute, and QA marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure campaigns run smoothly and accurately.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Sales to operationalize campaigns and support coordinated execution across teams.
- Prepare offline marketing data for import into marketing systems and support partner and field campaign intake, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Oversee lead flow processes and campaign handoffs between marketing and sales, ensuring accurate routing and lifecycle visibility.
- Investigate and address data issues between our database and CRM to ensure consistency across reporting systems and lead attribution.
- Ensure lead attribution and campaign tracking are implemented correctly, enabling reliable funnel performance reporting.
- Maintain and improve campaign infrastructure—forms, integrations, and tracking logic—to ensure data hygiene and scalability.
- Partner with RevOps and Data teams to drive marketing tech stack enhancements and resolve data issues that impact execution.
- Monitor campaign and funnel performance, provide regular insights, and identify areas for optimization across acquisition and retention efforts.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and OKRs to give stakeholders clear visibility into campaign effectiveness and growth KPIs.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation support.
- Experience working in marketing automation and CRM platforms—HubSpot
- Experience working in with paid platforms to execute and analyze paid media
- Familiarity with list segmentation, audience targeting logic, and lead lifecycle management.
- A strong eye for detail, data quality, and process accuracy.
- Experience working across teams (Growth, Product Marketing, Systems, Analytics)
Bonus: Familiarity with UTM frameworks, reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.), or light SQL. - Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and strategic in both written and verbal formats

Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and aligned with country specific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed is not inclusive of any equity and benefits that might exist in your total compensation package.
