Position: Family Physician
Clinic Model: Pharmacist-Owned (non-intrusive, fully supportive)
Start Date: Flexible – patient bookings begin 3 months prior to start

What We Offer:

• Collaborative Care Model: The clinic is pharmacist-owned, providing operational and admin support without interfering in medical decisions or billing.

• Strong Patient Demand: Walk-in traffic is high, with current physicians seeing 10–15 walk-in patients daily, in addition to booked appointments.

• Pre-Booked Patient Load: Bookings begin 3 months before your start date to ensure a busy schedule from day one.

• Billing Split:

  • 75/25 standard

  • 80/20 available for physicians who:

    • Work full-time (6 days/week, including alternate Saturdays)

    • Bring an existing patient panel

    • Commit to a long-term partnership

  • Split applies to AHS, WCB, private, forms, and visitor consults

Who We're Looking For:

• Physicians licensed in Alberta (or in the process of licensure)
