We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team!

Purpose/Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable administration and assisting the Financial Controller of the dealership with various accounting/administrative functions and deadline attainment; following established processes and procedures for their role and achieving targeted goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities & Objectives:

  • Accounts payable and recievable posting
  • Issue Accounts Payable Cheques
  • Filing invoices and paperwork as required and assigned
  • Actively communicates and collaborates with Managers and accounting team
  • Completes administrative functions and is cross-trained in various admin/accounting functions

Special Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Post Secondary Education preferred
  • Previous accounting experience in a dealership accounting environment preferred

Pay:

$20-$22 per hour
