Job Description:
The Integrated Marketing Planning team leads integrated marketing initiatives, partnering closely with the business and fellow Marketing Practices and COEs to develop innovative, insight-driven strategies. This team executes performance-focused plans and measures results, driving marketing strategies that align with evolving business and customer needs.
As a Marketing Manager, Consumer Credit Cards Engagement, you will be responsible for managing marketing strategies to enhance engagement across the full suite of Proprietary & Aeroplan consumer credit cards. This role includes leadership in planning, campaign execution, and integrated collaboration across business and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead integrated marketing strategies with business units, COEs, and marketing practices
Accountable for end-to-end delivery and performance of marketing strategies
Lead annual planning aligned with business goals, prioritized quarterly based on customer, market, and business insights
Track competitors and apply global best practices to develop responsive strategies
Ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns and translate performance into actionable insights
Serve as the marketing lead at business meetings and strategic planning sessions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of initiatives
Manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and discipline
Advocate and promote the marketing ecosystem internally
Must-Have Qualifications:
Experience developing strategic marketing plans
Hands-on experience with targeted marketing (email and direct mail)
Ability to evaluate creative and media strategies for alignment and effectiveness
Proven budget tracking and management experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including analytics, business, and creative agencies
Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to make and support recommendations
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile Pod structures
Familiarity with Salesforce
Background in credit card or banking environments
