The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin to join our team in managing and optimizing our Salesforce and CPQ platform within the Nitro organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ability to collaborate with senior leaders to design a long-term Business-Technology roadmap for our Salesforce instance.
  • Establish and enforce governance for implementing Salesforce at Nitro.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health checks, and Optimizer.
  • Maintain and continuously improve Lead to Order process enabled with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and any other related sales applications.
  • Implement process improvements and automation to optimize and support how we do business.
  • Create and update Salesforce standard work documentation to assist with maintaining and triaging newly developed applications and integrations.
  • Responsible for Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, action templates, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, dashboards, reports, user management, configuring product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote generation processes.
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner closely with the Revenue Operations team to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements into sprints, and communicate with partners about releases
  • Build strong working relationships and in-depth knowledge of our internal departments and their processes in order to identify areas of opportunity
  • Design new business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization
  • Support a team of remote Sales and Success team members who rely on SFDC daily to manage their customer interactions, territories, pipelines, and deals
  • Answer technical inquiries quickly and clearly every day
  • Support SFDC onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted advisor for all internal users, calling out issues as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Salesforce & CPQ platform), with a focus on internal systems/business applications
  • Experience managing feature requests for Salesforce and advanced skills building (reports/dashboards)
  • The ability to use advanced automations to solve complex business problems
  • The capacity to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently
  • The ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail and while consistently meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Enthusiasm around implementing technical solutions that make Nitro employees more efficient
