Job Summary:

Our client, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier is seeking a skilled and licensed Millwright to support its production operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and systems, contributing to the success of high-quality automotive part production.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide efficient solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment performance.

• Ensure all work complies with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Millwright License.

• Strong technical aptitude with proven problem-solving skills.

• Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is an asset.

• Availability for two-shift rotation (days and afternoons).

• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Compensation:

• $36.97/hour, increasing to $40.39/hour after three years.

• Higher rates available for candidates with proven 10+ years of experience ($39.24/hour).
