Major Community Property Management Organization is looking for a Director of Finance Consultant to join them on a 3-month, initial term, contract. The role will primarily be based in Kitchener-Waterloo area but flexibility to number of days in office is possible.

As the right hand to the Executive Director, you will be a critical resource in the following:

• Completing outstanding external audits
• Handling the routine tasks of the Director of Finance
• Assessing the work requirements and making recommendations on the next permanent hire

TMGCT

• CPA is a must
• Senior-level finance professional with nonprofit or housing experience (strongly preferred but not required).
• Hands-on, analytical, and comfortable rolling up sleeves.
• Strong communicator, capable of advising leadership with clarity and confidence.
• Experience working with or guiding through audits.
• Able to work on-site in K-W area, with flexibility around how many days per week are required in-person.
