Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace change, and lead with purpose and data? Do you believe great sales leadership is a mix of strategic vision, hands-on coaching, and a relentless focus on the client?

If you're ready to lead a top-tier team in a company with a clear mission, real values, and a proud Canadian legacy — we'd love to meet you.

Who We Are

At Citation Canada, we help businesses unlock their potential through trusted HR and health and safety solutions. Formerly HRdownloads, we've proudly supported thousands of Canadian organizations since 2008. Today, we offer an all-in-one SaaS platform that simplifies compliance, empowers people leaders, and drives business growth.

We are backed by award-winning technology, a client-first mindset, and a workplace culture that's been named one of Canada's Best Workplaces ten times.

What You'll Do

As a sales manager, you will lead and inspire our London-based account executive team to deliver against aggressive revenue targets, exceed client expectations, and support our mission to be Canada's most complete and connected HR and safety partner.

You will:

  • Coach and empower a team of account executives to consistently hit and exceed quota.
  • Drive execution through effective forecasting, pipeline management, and rigorous deal reviews.
  • Establish and evolve performance frameworks, including KPIs, conversion benchmarks, and activity metrics that align to team and business objectives.
  • Onboard, train, and develop new and existing reps, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and career progression.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales ops, and sales enablement to align go-to-market strategies and improve the client journey.
  • Lead from the front — actively listening to client calls, providing real-time coaching, and jumping into strategic deals when needed.
  • Champion culture by fostering a high-performance, high-trust, and highly engaged team environment.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office, with in-office presence required at least three days per week.

  • A commitment to operational excellence and doing the right thing for your people and your clients.
