Essential Job Responsibilities
a) Daily check for any Safety issues and countermeasure
b) Complete assigned Safety work orders within 5 days of receipt
c) Understand and practice TPM
d) Adhere to ISO14001 and ISO9001 documents
e) Responsible for equipment in their assigned areas and other areas as directed
f) Must fill out Trouble Reports for extended downtime over 2 hours downtime
g) Accurately fill out daily reports
h) Inspect your areas for problems and equipment items
i) Must keep your work area/tools clean and organized on a daily basis
j) Order spare parts and send out repair items
k) Inform all necessary personnel of extended D.T.
l) Robotic Teaching and Program modifications
m) Evaluating problems, provide and implement countermeasures
n) Troubleshoot equipment problems (Electrically, Mechanically)
o) Completion of Work orders and Preventative Maintenance tasks
p) Implement improvements and countermeasures
Supplemental Job Duties
a) Assist and guide the daily activities of the department.
b) Participate in providing support for audits
c) Attend such seminars and or venues to maintain the knowledge and skill sets required to
effectively administer standards and legislative requirements
d) Participate in 3 rotating shift schedules including 12 hour shifts if and when required
e) Must be able to travel nationally as well as internationally with a valid passport
f) Other duties as assigned
