Dental Assistant Opportunity Kamloops

A highly regarded and well-established dental office in Kamloops is seeking a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with one dedicated dentist practicing general dentistry.

Your main responsibilities:

• Assisting during a variety of procedures

• Taking digital X-rays

• Placing rubber dams

• Room set-up and sterilization/tear-down

• Intraoral scanning for treatments

• Child patient recalls

• And more!

Schedule:

• 45 days per week based on your availability

• Options: MondayFriday or TuesdayFriday

• Hours: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive wage: $28$34/hour (based on experience and certification)

Requirements for this position:

• Candidate must have previous dental experience, either in school or work experience
• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA Level 2) preferred

• New graduates welcome! No experience required were happy to train the right person

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, strong communication skills

• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
