The Role
As a Quality Assurance Support at Ganong, you will play a key role in maintaining the excellence of our products by supporting food safety and quality systems throughout our facility. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about upholding the highest standards in food manufacturing. You'll work closely with our Quality Assurance team to perform quality checks, support audits, provide training, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality programs.

Who You Are
The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance Support role is a proactive, organized, and collaborative individual with a strong interest in food safety and product quality. You are confident in making decisions based on quality data, comfortable training others, and enjoy solving problems in a team environment.

Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in food quality control is a strong asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; able to pass a competency test
• Strong computer and data tracking skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, SQF)
• Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lead training sessions and coach employees on quality protocols
• Comfortable working independently and in team environments
• Flexible and able to work various shifts as needed
• Strong organizational and time management skills
