- Conduct daily inspections and preventative maintenance on production line equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty components (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems).
- Maintain and update logbooks and maintenance schedules.
- Operate machine tools (lathes, grinders, etc.) and perform welding/fabrication when needed.
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and power transmission systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to respond to maintenance issues and keep operations on track.
- Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and workspaces clean, safe, and organized.
- Contribute to a team culture that values safety, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Valid Ontario Millwright Certificate of Qualification or dual ticket (Millwright + Electrician).
- Solid experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding/fabrication.
- Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot complex machinery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — you're a team player who gets the job done right.
- Experience working in food processing or agricultural facilities (an asset but not required).
- Stable full-time hours: 40–50 hours per week
