We are seeking a QC Technician to join our team. You will conduct tests and inspections to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Compile records from daily production batches of all coffee packing lines.
• · Verify product formulation, process quality and food safety.
• · Assessment of incoming raw materials against standards and reviewed imported products documentation
• · Review and update packaging materials documentation
• · Inspection of finished products to confirm that correct packaging and labels were utilized
• · Collect samples and conduct product laboratory testing
• · Investigate customer complaints
• · Participate and prepare documentation during FSSC 22000, Organic, Kosher and Halal audits
• · Issue COA, Product specification, Customer documentation, Export documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in quality control in Food industry
• College diploma as a minimum or higher
• Strong attention to details
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
