In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our day-to-day activities, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively. You will have the autonomy to manage your responsibilities independently, take initiative in problem-solving, and provide essential support to the team and our clients. Our team leader values trust and independence, offering you the freedom to take ownership of your role while providing guidance and support when needed.
A valid driver's license and relibale vehicle are required, as the position occasionally involves tasks outside the office. Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work is also essential.

$65,000+ yearly DOE
Responsibilities:- Manage front-desk activities including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for Agents
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, documents, and marketing materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for Agents when necessary
- Coordinate other Team Members as needed: Transaction Coordinator & Social Media Manager
- Monitor and manage office/listing budgets and petty cash
- Ensure the office, boardroom, and kitchen is clean and presentable
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and team members
- Manage the CRM
- Coordinating the steps of a home listing or purchase
- Organizing Buyer tours
- Lead and Showing follow up
- Helping plan events
- Time flexibility - This role will require some evening and weekend work
- Experience in Real Estate or Office Management
- Occasional lifting of supplies/staging items
- Has a valid BC Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Shows great interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well with a team
- Shows excellent written communication
- Proficient in Technology, Apple Products, Social Media Applications, and a mutiltude of other computer programs
- Shows ability to quickly and accurately finish very detailed work
