As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Accounting team. You will be leveraging your accounting knowledge and professional experiences to achieve financial reporting completeness and accuracy, as well as have a vision for continued improvement. You will focus on core areas of the financial statements including but not limited to accruals, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, amongst others. You will partner with internal stakeholders, across the organization and internationally in the completion of your tasks. Together, we'll leverage our expertise to ensure financial reporting accuracy, drive profitable growth, and support our expansion into emerging markets.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze results and contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition, pinpoint monthly risks and opportunities, and identify potential variances to forecast
  • Provide insightful decision support to help drive profitable growth and expansion, and to ensure alignment with the overall corporate priorities
  • Partner with primes and key stakeholders to prepare executive level summary reports and presentations to support decision making
  • Ability to develop, review, and recommend complex/high risk transactions
  • Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to forecasts and budget processes
  • Support ad-hoc financial and operational analysis as required
  • Prepare journal entries, reconcile assigned accounts, month end reports and analysis, and variance resolution
  • Assist with special projects
  • Provide data to the finance team and support budgeting and forecasting as needed
  • Work cross-functionally within other groups in the accounting team globally, coupled with different operational groups across the company including but not limited to FP&A, sales, shared service functions, etc.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounting role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Great-to-Haves

  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana or similar ERP systems
  • Knowledge of accruals, including OpEx and COGs management
  • Familiarity with international accounting standards and practices
