- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor inventory levels or raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supply
- Collaborate with production teams, supply chain personnel and other departments
- Analyze production data to identify trends, make recommendations for process improvements
- Work closely with quality control teams to ensure that production meets quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a central point of contact for production related inquiries and updates
- Communicate production schedules, changes, and priorities effectively to all stakeholders
- Report any defects or discrepancies to the respective management
- Review documents and prepare reports as required
- Other tasks as assigned
- Post Secondary education in Operations Management or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management
- Previous experience with engineered to order production highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in using MS applications and other relevant software
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
