About the role:

The Service Advisor Team Leader will be primarily responsible for supporting the Service Advisor team in all their duties and responsibilities while maintaining a strong focus on guest experience. The Service Advisor Team Leader is a mentor and resource for the Service Advisor teams.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Supporting all Service Advisors in all day to day activities
• Support Advisors and Management in dealing with guest issue resolution
• Responsible to monitor each Advisors open repair orders
• Monitor gross profits and KPI's for the Service Advisors.
• Periodically review status of work flow and make changes or recommendations.
• Explain repairs to customers and Service Advisors as required
• Related Service Advisor duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Service Advising experience with a proven track record in sales
• PBS experience an asset
• Leadership and training experience is an asset
• Drivers license and clean drivers abstract
