TRG is hiring General Labor associates to join our leading restoration company certified in emergency restoration, reconstruction, and remodeling. This position is primarily responsible for Responding to emergencies and circumstances involving property damage while ensuring safe and effective operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold

• Perform cleaning process for both contents and structural damage, as needed

• Removal of contents for cleaning or destruction. Pack outs and pack backs

• Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools. Clean up assigned job sites after demolition

• Conduct moisture inspections

• Set restoration equipment within guidelines

• Responsible for maintaining, unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment

• Responsible to maintaining clean and organized all workplace areas

• Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas

• Valid drivers license

• All other duties as assigned

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Ability to do multitasking within the given time

• Ability to work within hazardous environments safely

• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely

Requirements and Experience:

• High School Diploma required

• Good communication skills

• One or more years' experience within the restoration industry

• Ability to carry up to 50lbs.

• Ability to frequently standing, bending and walking
