Controller
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee the financial operations of our client's manufacturing company. The Controller will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, monitoring cost controls, and supporting financial planning.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cash management
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable laws and regulations.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Partner with operations to analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and margin performance.
• Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Other as required

Qualifications:

• CPA Designation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience leading teams of 3-6 people
• 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Salary - 115-130,000 range base.
