This is a part-time, remote role for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst. The Senior Credit Risk Analyst will assess and analyze the credit risk of portfolios, perform credit risk management, conduct risk analyses, and work on portfolio management. The analyst will collaborate with team members to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensure financial compliance, and provide detailed reports to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in Credit Risk Management, Risk Analysis skills, Portfolio and Relationship Management
• Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Experience with SMEs/startups is required
• Knowledge of cash flow and working capital management is required.
• Revenue growth and market expansion planning are a strong asset
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and risk mitigation strategies
• Experience in the Technology, Healthcare, Construction, Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Distribution industries is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a team, independently, and remotely
• Experience in the finance or banking industry, ERP & financial systems is a plus
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced financial modeling is required.
• Knowledge of Monte Carlo simulations, regression analysis, or scorecard models is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• A CPA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA is an added advantage
• Knowledge of fundraising, capital advisory, and investor relations support is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Merger and Acquisition transactions is a plus.
