We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our development team. In this role, youll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that solve real-world problems and support our business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to build insightful reports using tools like Grafana, InfluxDB, or similar platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
• Embedded Linux Development.
• Machine Learning for Predictive Maintenance and Operations Performance.
• Web Development / Data Management.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, users, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and standards.
• Assist in system architecture and software design decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with C/C++ and/or Python in embedded environments is essential.
• Experience with technologies like PHP, SQL/SQLite, Node, React, Vue, CSS, and JavaScript.
• IoT Systems & Protocols: Familiarity with protocols like MQTT, Modbus, and Ethernet Global Data, as well as working with time series databases, edge computing, and equipment telemetry, is highly relevant.
• Exposure to ML models, even at a basic level, would be an asset.
• Modern DevOps Tools: Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitLab, Docker, and Ansible.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
• Mobile App Development: Any experience developing for Android or iOS would be beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and flexible.
