Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates using tools such as iCIMS and Lever.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems like PeopleSoft and UltiPro.
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies.
- Collect and analyze HR data to assist in reporting and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage Kronos for timekeeping and attendance tracking.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed to enhance employee engagement.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects to improve overall efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools such as iCIMS, Lever, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience with data collection and analysis within an HR context is beneficial.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices is an asset.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems like PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or Kronos is advantageous.
