About the Role

Are you a proactive and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Indigo is seeking a Parking Facility Supervisor for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting both team and client satisfaction. You will manage staff, maintain compliance with health and safety standards, and handle key administrative tasks including payroll and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.

  • Collaborate closely with property management to ensure all client needs are met.

  • Approve payroll and manage staff attendance records.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports and tracking logs.

  • Complete required Health & Safety surveys and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

  • Oversee training, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day supervision of staff.

  • Manage scheduling, productivity, and break times for all team members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.

  • Frequent physical activity including bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting.

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of management or supervisory experience.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.

  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Valid Ontario G Class driver's license with a clean driving record.
