• Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
• 3 years experience in an HR or equivalent role
• Prior marketing experience with strategy implementation, communications, branding, digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• CHRP is an asset

• Maintain Poly Manual, updating as needed
• Coordinate and Attend Job Fairs
• Contribute to the organization's continual improvement
• Support the JHST
• Maintain Social Media Accounts, Website, Marketing Materials
