SENIOR SALES AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FITNESS COACH)
Who is a Senior Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Coach)?
A Senior Fitness Coach is a highly motivated individual who is focused on helping Members achieve their fitness goals. You will work as a role model to create an environment that enables Members to form connections with The Senior Fitness Coach executes both administrative duties along with the expected duties of a Fitness Coach.
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for the front desk Area including greeting each member and servicing their needs Properly handle incoming calls from current and Prospective Members
- Responsible for daily and monthly sales goals by using dedicated time each day to acquire new business leads
- Coach and instruct new members through cardiovascular and weight training orientations
- Promote programs that will assist Members in achieving their goals
- Handle all member interactions in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist in and maintain the cleanliness of Club
- Responsible for club errands and amenities
- Plan and organize all Club events

- High School diploma or working on completion
- CPR certification required within 3 months of employment

Compensation:
