Your Responsibilities
As a Rehabilitation Aide, you will:
- Assist health care professionals in delivering quality care
- Carry out treatment programs under the guidance of physiotherapists and occupational therapists
- Follow through on treatment programs with patients
- Help physical therapists with various tasks
- Set up and dismantle equipment as needed
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Prepare and maintain supplies and inventory of equipment
- Perform general clerical duties, including processing files and paperwork
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Order supplies and equipment as required
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset
- Certificates: CPR Certificate required
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
- Area of Specialization: Physiotherapy
