Your Responsibilities

As a Rehabilitation Aide, you will:

  • Assist health care professionals in delivering quality care
  • Carry out treatment programs under the guidance of physiotherapists and occupational therapists
  • Follow through on treatment programs with patients
  • Help physical therapists with various tasks
  • Set up and dismantle equipment as needed
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure safety and functionality
  • Prepare and maintain supplies and inventory of equipment
  • Perform general clerical duties, including processing files and paperwork
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
  • Order supplies and equipment as required

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Certificates: CPR Certificate required
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
  • Area of Specialization: Physiotherapy
