About the Job
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fishing Vessel Deckhands. This is an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, where you will play a vital role in the mussel socking and harvesting process. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare nets, lines, and other fishing tackle for daily operations.
- Operate fishing gear to catch mussels and other marine life.
- Clean, sort, and pack mussels in ice, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness of deck surfaces and fish holds.
- Steer vessels to and from fishing areas safely and efficiently.

- Outdoor settings, often in cold or refrigerated conditions.
Work Setting
- Primarily at mussel sites, both on land and barge.
Physical Requirements
