JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our Training team, where you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering modern training and crew solutions for maritime and naval projects. Fleetway is driving the integration of combat and platform systems for sailors who will join the River Class Destroyer fleet. RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Data-Driven Training Design
Assist in gathering and preparing data for Training Needs Analysis and Training Media Analysis using BNH Advisor-a sophisticated relational database tailored for training systems.
Analyze and Manage Diverse Datasets
Organize, manipulate, and critically evaluate large and varied data sets to inform and improve training programs across naval projects.
Present Data-Backed Insights
Use validated data and established processes to communicate results of statistical analyses with confidence-whether responding to client feedback in written reports or presenting in public forums.
Develop Practical Data Tools
Create and enhance intermediate data management tools-such as templates, dashboards, and reports-using Excel or other integrated platforms to support ongoing analysis and reporting needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
A post-secondary degree in one of the following fields:

  • Data & Information Management (BSc or BA)
  • Statistics
  • Data Science
  • Mathematics
  • Applied Computer Science

Experience & Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working with large datasets in a relational database environment.
  • Advanced computer skills are essential, including:
    • XML scripting
    • Macros
    • Automation scripts (e.g., in Excel or related platforms)
  • Must be eligible for security clearances.
